How long does it take to complete my order after drop off?
Do I need to bring my own detergent?
No. We will provide high quality detergents, softeners, and bleach. If you have sensitive skin, let us know and we can use a hypoallergenic detergent free of dyes and perfumes.
How and when do I pay for my laundry?
When you drop off your laundry, we will weigh it and take payment at that time. We take cash, credit or debit card.
Can I request special preferences?
We do our best to accommodate every request. If there's something special we need to know just tell us when you drop off your clothes.
Do I need to sort my laundry before I bring it in?
Are my clothes washed with other people’s clothes?
No. We wash and dry our customer's laundry individually in separate machines.
