Pickup Day
If it is your first pickup, put your clothes in a trash bag and place it in your designated pickup location. You will receive a text the day before pickup as well as when your driver is en route.
Processing Your Laundry
We will take your clothes back to our laundry where our experts will sort, pretreat, wash, dry, fold and neatly package your clothes. Turbo Laundry always separates darks from lights and never washes your clothes with other customers’ items.
Delivery Day
One of our professional Turbo Laundry delivery drivers will drop off your freshly laundered clothes at your designated drop off location. You will receive a text when your clothes are en route and after they have been dropped off. Orders will be processed within 24 hours.

How much is pickup and delivery?
We charge a flat rate of $1.99 per pound, $1.89 per pound for recurring pick ups and one time pick ups, and $2.49 per pound for same day pick ups.
When do I get my clothes back after pick up?
Your clothes will be returned to you clean, folded and organized on the drop off day and time selected during the ordering process.
Do I need to be home?
You do not need to be home during the pickup and delivery windows, just make sure you state your preferred pickup location in your order details. Typical pickup and delivery spots for homeowners are front porches, while apartment / condo owners have the ability to leave it on their front door step or with their doorman or front desk.
What are your standard practices of laundry care?
We wash your clothes with Original Gain detergent, softener and Bounce dryer sheets in our commercial, high efficiency machines. We will follow the care instructions on the clothing label unless directed otherwise. If alternative processing is desired, please let us know.
When do I receive my Turbo Laundry branded bag?
If you sign up for recurring service, we will return your fresh, clean, folded clothes in a Turbo Laundry branded bag on your very first order.
Are my clothes washed or dried with other customer's clothes?
No. We wash and dry our customers’ laundry individually in separate machines.
Who handles my clothes?
The only people that handle your clothes are our trained, professional, curtious staff and local dry cleaners. From pickup to delivery, your clothes are in the hands of laundry and dry cleaning experts focused on delivering fresh clothes straight to your doorstep.
What should I expect during my first service?
After you schedule your first pickup, please place all garments into a plastic bag and place them in your designated pick up location. You will receive a text 45 minutes prior to your pick up window to confirm the pickup. Feel free to leave your clothes or stick around, we’ll get them as long as they’re in the designated area stated in your order notes.
