How much is pickup and delivery?
We charge a flat rate of $1.99 per pound for one time pick ups, $1.89 per pound for recurring pick ups, and $2.49 per pound for same day pick ups.
When do I get my clothes back after pick up?
Your clothes will be returned to you clean, folded and organized on the drop off day and time selected during the ordering process.
Do I need to be home?
You do not need to be home during the pickup and delivery windows, just make sure you state your preferred pickup location in your order details. Typical pickup and delivery spots for homeowners are front porches, while apartment / condo owners have the ability to leave it on their front door step or with their doorman or front desk.
Are my clothes washed or dried with other customer's clothes?
No. We wash and dry our customer’s laundry individually in separate machines.
Who handles my clothes?
The only people that handle your clothes are our trained, professional, courteous experts and local dry cleaners. From pickup to delivery, your clothes are in the hands of laundry and dry cleaning experts focused on delivering fresh clothes straight to your doorstep.
What should I expect during my first laundry pick up and delivery?
After you schedule your first pickup, please place all garments into a plastic bag and place them in your designated pick up location. You will receive a text 45 minutes prior to your pick up window to confirm the pickup. Feel free to leave your clothes or stick around, we will get them as long as they are in the designated area stated in your order notes.
Can I request special preferences?
We do our best to accommodate every request. If there is something special we need to know just log into your account and update your laundry and folding instructions.
Commercial
Do I need to sign a contract?
No! You can start and quit whenever you feel like it. We’re happy to do commercial laundry service when you need it and how you need it.
What is your pricing?
Turbo Laundry gives discounted pricing to commercial customers in our service area. We create a personalized quote for your business based on what you need washed, how much there is to wash, and how often you need service.
Our laundry service pickup and delivery fee is always FREE in our service area. Even if you’re not in our service area, give us a call. We pride ourselves on going out of our way to give great customer service and doing our best to meet your needs.
What is the turnaround time?
Turbo Laundry creates a personalized quote and turnaround time for your business based on what you need washed, how much there is to wash, and how often you need service.
Self Service
What hours are you open?
We are open at 7am with our last wash at 10pm.
Do you offer detergent for purchase at the laundromat?
Yes! We will have a variety of detergents and dryer sheets available for purchase.
Do you offer a loyalty program? How do I sign up?
Yes we do! We offer the 10th wash free with the use of our loyalty card or the same credit card. Please find an expert in our laundromat that can assist you with signing up.
Wash & Fold
How long does it take to complete my order after drop off?
Laundry will be ready for pick up next day.
Do I need to bring my own detergent?
No. We will provide high quality detergents, softeners, and bleach. If you have sensitive skin, let us know and we can use a hypoallergenic detergent free of dyes and perfumes.
How and when do I pay for my laundry?
When you drop off your laundry, we will weigh it and take payment at that time. We take cash, credit or debit card.
Can I request special preferences?
We do our best to accommodate every request. If there’s something special we need to know just tell us when you drop off your clothes.
Do I need to sort my laundry before I bring it in?
No. Just bring your clothes in a bag or basket and we will sort them for you.
Are my clothes washed with other people’s clothes?
No. We wash and dry our customers’ laundry individually in separate machines.
Dry Cleaning
Can I only order dry cleaning services?
Dry cleaning can be picked up and delivered only with a laundry pick up and delivery.
What happens if I don’t receive all my dry cleaning back or it comes back damaged?
While we are known for our high quality care, mistakes can happen. If we lose or damage an article please notify customer service within 48 hours of the laundry being returned to you. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather after it’s dropped off at your home.
